The study also mentions that Cannabigerol ( CBG) showed above-standard antibacterial potential. The research included a total of 18 different cannabinoids, of which Cannabigerol was the most effective. (5)

What effects does CBD oil have?

Cannabinoids work naturally with our system. This is due to the fact that in all mammals there are cannabinoid receptors in the body, which are part of the endocannabinoid system (ECS). This network of receptors helps regulate a number of physiological processes, including mood, memory, pain perception and appetite.

CBD oil and its effects

Based on the research that in the 90s. Years promoted by Israeli scientist Dr. Raphael Mechoulam (7) (who was also a pioneer in discovering THC as an active ingredient in marijuana in the 60s. and 70s. (8)), the endocannabinoid system has 3 components:

  • Intrinsically manufactured endocannabinoids – called anandamide and 2-AG
  • Receptors that receive their signals – CB1, located in the brain, lungs, liver, kidneys and central nervous system, and CB2 receptors, which are found in the immune system and affect, for example, inflammation and pain.
  • Enzymes that create and recycle these endocannabinoids.

As knowledge of the functioning of the endocannabinoid system (ECS) continues to deepen, some medical researchers suggest a new diagnosis. Clinical deficiency of endocannabinoids, a condition where an individual produces lower amounts of cannabinoids than necessary to promote health, vitality and well-being.

CBD derived from hemp can increase the body’s ECS and act as a reboot for homeostasis or balance in our body by communicating with interconnected biological systems. The key lies in the right doses of CBD, adapted to the client’s needs.

How does CBD oil work?

CBD oil and other CBD products containing CBD have a number of amazing effects due to the fact that they directly affect the endocannabinoid system in the human body. It is a rather complex system that regulates the biological processes of the organism through its CB1 and CB2 receptors.

CB1 receptors are found mainly on nerve cells in the brain, spinal cord and peripheral nervous system. They are also found in other organs and tissues, including immune cells, spleen, adrenal glands and pituitary glands, in the heart, lungs and cells of the reproductive, urinary and digestive tracts.

CB2 receptors are primarily found in immune cells, including leukocytes, spleen and tonsils.

We have cannabinoid receptors (CBD) throughout our body. Many tissues contain CB1 and CB2 receptors, each of which is associated with a different biological activity, thanks to which CBD oil has great therapeutic potential.

Why choose CBD oil from hemp grown in certified ORGANIC farming in Slovakia?

CBD made from organically grown hemp:

  1. does not contain toxins and synthetic chemicals

In order to be certified organic, a product must ensure that it has been grown or produced without the use of pesticides, synthetic fillers or genetically modified organisms.

  1. has a higher nutritional value

Chemical pesticides, fertilisers and other genetically modified substances can take away its natural nutrients from the soil. Hemp grown in organic conditions is therefore richer in vitamins and minerals, which also means that CBD oil extracted from an organic plant can expose you to a wider spectrum of cannabinoids. Studies have shown that organic consumables such as products, foods and medicinal tinctures have greater health benefits than those commonly grown and processed.

  1. has a cleaner ecological footprint

Chemical pesticides and synthetic fertilizers are incredibly demanding on the environment. The irreversible effects of unnatural substances in agriculture can have an impact on air and water quality, as well as on damage to wildlife. Organic farming helps to support environmental sustainability efforts.
